Caren L. Curtiss
Caren Curtiss has been a resident of Visalia since 1979. Ms. Curtiss began her law experience as a legal secretary for the firm of Strong, Simonian & Kalashian in 1981. She went on to work for Dennis C. Strong, deceased, for 12 years, during which time she received her Associates of Science Degree and American Bar Association Certificate of Paralegism from the College of Sequoias. While employed by Mr. Strong, she worked in the areas of family law, construction law, business and civil litigation, real estate law, personal injury, probate and criminal law. Before joining Dooley, Herr & Peltzer LLP, in 1997, Ms. Curtiss also worked as a paralegal for the firm Bruder, Fitzgerald, Aguilar & Sherwood and Dale R. Bruder. While employed with DOOLEY HERR & PELTZER, LLP over the last nine years, Ms. Curtiss has gained extensive experience in municipal law and public entity defense. The focus of her assistance to the firm and its clients is in civil litigation support.
Ms. Curtiss is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Sequoia Paralegal Association and past member of the Executive Committee of the Sequoia Cycling Classic.
Christina Solis
Christina Solis received her Associates of Science degree and paralegal certificate from College of Sequoias in the spring of 2006. She currently is a paralegal with DOOLEY HERR & PELTZER, LLP mainly focusing in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury. Christina began her employment with DOOLEY HERR & PELTZER, LLP in 2004. She began as an office clerk and quickly advanced to a legal secretary/assistant position while enrolled in the paralegal program. Christina is also a member of the firm’s litigation team.
