Experience:
Rhea began working at Dooley Herr Peltzer & Richardson as a law clerk during her final year of law school, transitioning into the position of attorney upon her admittance to the Bar in 2009. In the Fall of 2008, she worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Betty L. Dawson at the 5th District Court of Appeal. Prior to law school, Rhea worked as a paralegal for a business litigation and insurance defense firm in Fresno. Before entering the legal profession, Rhea worked at a non-profit social service agency for deaf and hard of hearing individuals and as a freelance sign language interpreter.

Education:
Rhea earned her Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law, where she graduated as Valedictorian in 2009. While in law school, Rhea became a published member of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review and served as its Executive Editor. Rhea received several scholarships and academic honors, including the Spirit of SJCL Scholarship, Judy Wiseman Memorial Scholarship, and Leon S. Peters Leadership Award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Fresno.
