Complex Business, Corporate and Environmental Litigation - Dooley, Herr & Peltzer has vast experience representing corporate clients in complex business litigation. Representative clients include Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Corporation, California Agricultural Power Company, and Moore Aviation. Cases have involved breach of contract, fraud, patent and trademark infringement, environmental and general liability insurance coverage, liability under the Federal Super Fund Laws, lender liability, power plant construction contract liability and eminent domain and severance law among many others.

Personal Injury and Other Tort Litigation - Dooley, Herr & Peltzer has negotiated and tried virtually all types of tort actions ranging from the simplest personal injury matters to complex product liability cases. Our firm is experienced in the use of investigators, paralegals, and efficient computerized document organization to facilitate effective management of cases.

Employment Litigation - Dooley, Herr & Peltzer has many years of experience in all manner of employment litigation, including wrongful termination actions, discrimination claims and sexual harassment matters. Representative clients have included McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Ultramar, Inc. (successor to Beacon Oil Company), City of Visalia, and many of the other public agencies.

Jury Trials - Attorneys at Dooley, Herr & Peltzer have tried over 50 jury trials in state and federal courts throughout California.

Appellate Practice - Attorneys at Dooley, Herr & Peltzer have briefed and argued dozens of major cases before various state and federal appellate courts. Some of these cases have resulted in published decisions indicating that the appellate court felt an important principle of law was established by the case.
