- Dooley, Herr & Peltzer has vast experience representing corporate

include Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Corporation, California
Agricultural Power Company, and Moore Aviation. Cases have
involved breach of contract, fraud, patent and trademark
infringement, environmental and general liability insurance
coverage, liability under the Federal Super Fund Laws, lender
liability, power plant construction contract liability and
eminent domain and severance law among many others.
Personal Injury and Other Tort Litigation - Dooley,
Herr & Peltzer has negotiated and tried virtually all types of tort
actions ranging from the simplest personal injury matters to
complex product liability cases. Our firm is experienced in the
